What if opening the door to more peace and freedom in your life was easier than you thought? Many of us walk around in an inner prison without realizing that we hold the keys to freedom. The Choosing Inner Peace 33-Day Challenge was designed to support you in using simple daily exercises to release inner blocks and expand into greater peace, joy, and aliveness in your everyday life. Research has shown it takes a minimum of 33 consecutive days to create a new habit. This program is designed to provide you with a pathway to lasting change and tools you can use again and again to consciously respond to challenges as they arise. We’ll be joining our in-prison participants from all over California. Together we will create a reservoir of peace and radiate that peace outward to our families, communities, and the world around us. As a human family, it’s like a symphony when all the instruments are tuned and playing in harmony.

 

How does the challenge work?

Each day for 33-days we’ll upload an exercise designed to support you in working with and releasing “triggers” or upsets in your daily life. The challenge will primarily be an online experience on the Mighty Networks platform, which means you can adjust it to fit your schedule. You will also be supported with three optional live events, which will be recorded for those who can’t attend.

 

As a participant, you’ll:

  • Receive daily inspiration, upliftment, and engaging interactive exercises.
  • Engage with lifelong tools designed to support you in cultivating lasting peace in your life and in the world around you.
  • Gain support and connection from a like-hearted community along the way.

 

The daily exercises are designed to support you in:

  • Feeling less disturbed by the chaos in the world
  • Gaining greater access to your inner wisdom
  • Discovering a pathway to choose inner peace
  • Creating more connection with people around you
  • Learning practical tools for ways to respond when you feel angry/upset/reactive
