About this Program
This 8-week group is designed to provide a safe space for people to share their experiences. Participants will learn from each other, and gain tools and techniques to develop greater inner strength and healing.
This FREE non-denominational program is offered by The Freedom to Choose Project in partnership with the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s Office, serving Victims of Crime. The group will be co-facilitated by Bonnie Paul, Ph.D., co-founder of The Freedom to Choose Project and Arlene Stepputat, M.A., Founding Board Member of the organization.
