You’re invited to join us for an in-person afternoon of community, connection and reflection.
At the Freedom to Choose Project (FTC), we often speak of the space between stimulus and response—that precious moment where our power to choose our next action resides.
At this event, we’ll have the opportunity to explore simple, yet powerful tools for personal growth and connection—tools that support us in everyday life. These are the same tools we bring into prisons, but they’re just as valuable for anyone navigating relationships, communication, or personal challenges.
FTC offers programs inside prisons that transform communities from the inside out. By connecting with each person’s innate capacity for compassion—regardless of where they are in life—our programs foster healing and personal growth both behind prison walls and in the communities our program participants and volunteers return to.
Working in small groups of three (“trios”)– the heart of our practice – we’ll have the opportunity to listen deeply, share authentically, and support one another.
We look forward to coming together with you all to continue our commitment to healing and growing as individuals and collectively.
