Kirk is a sought-after executive coach connecting leaders to impact and purpose, and a creative force to be reckoned with. With over 25 years of experience as a creative leader, Kirk has co-founded and creatively led two successful companies, including Enso, a people-centered design firm. He has received numerous accolades for his work, including advertising’s “Creative Leader of the Year” award and the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from the University of Delaware, his alma mater.

But Kirk’s passion for transformative work extends far beyond building successful brands. For more than 17 years, he has volunteered with The Freedom to Choose Project, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of the organization’s workshops. As Kirk puts it, “I see without exception their luminous transformation. I would call it miraculous, and while on one level it truly is, on another level, it is the outcome of 20 years of diligence, rigor, and devoted love toward its crafting and execution.” Kirk’s commitment to FTC was further demonstrated when he co-directed the short film “Freedom to Choose,” which won the “Best Emerging Director” award at the Cannes 2008 Emerging Filmmaker Showcase for Documentary.

For more than 17 years, he has volunteered with The Freedom to Choose Project, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of the organization’s workshops.

In addition to his work with The Freedom to Choose Project (FTC), Kirk has dedicated his life to inner transformation and helping leaders transform their worlds. He earned a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and served as the chief creative officer for Obama for America’s 2008 campaign lead communications agency, GMMB. Kirk also had the privilege of writing scripts personally with President Obama for MLK Day 2009 “Call to Service.”

Kirk’s commitment to social impact and transformative work makes him an invaluable member of The Freedom to Choose Project’s Board of Directors. His leadership in brand building, design, and storytelling, combined with his dedication to inner transformation, will help drive positive change in the lives of the incarcerated individuals that this organization serves.
