Meet Rhonda Leland, whose courage and vision set the wheels in motion, and Dr. Ron Hulnick (President Emeritus University of Santa Monica), who answered the call and invited Drs. Bonnie and David Paul (co-founders of The Freedom to Choose Project) to create a Program that has brought hope and healing to incarcerated individuals across California since 2004.
